Handloom Jamdani Cotton Saree

My wife purchased saree from @tamalbutique during diwali 2024

The saree we received was dull in color shown saree was dark red and and received saree was dusty cheap red..

Also material was rough like jute so we asked to return it n refound the amount also the moment we received that tike we asked their address to retun it bt they didn't gave us..

When they gave us the Adrian we curriered the saree using thier same packing plastic bt it was small so saree got bit wrinkles for that they said my wife used that saree n sent forget abt using it we didn't liked to touch it..

They asked us to exchange bt from last three months they are not sending any saree just give reason..

So my wife asked them to send the first saree as it cost as 6700/- ,as per them we have used it they can't sell then why they are not sending that saree as well..all the SS will be share contact us before buying or paying to them
