Shipping

ArtEastri will ship your order the same day if order is placed within 12 noon. Orders placed post mid-day are shipped the next working day. COD offers are currently not available due to the pandemic situation to remove any chance of infection through delivery. 

DOMESTIC- 

1. Standard Shipping is free within India for all purchases. No minimum applicable
2. Flat charge of Rs 250 for all Express Deliveries within India for weights upto 0.5kgs. Express Shipping charges will be Rs 290 for order weights upto 1kg. Delivery within 2 working days. Same Day delivery inter-city- Currently Bangalore only. All shipping charges are inclusive of 18% GST.
3. Under Standard shipping, orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise stated. 
4. Customers get automated shipping notification after order placement.
5. In case of any order modifications, kindly drop us a mail at hello@arteastri.com within 2 hours of placing the order. 

INTERNATIONAL-

1. Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days if you use Standard shipping. Charges are Rs 2000 for weights upto 0.5 kg. 
2. Standard Shipping charges will be Rs 2500 for weights between 0.5-1kg.
3. Express Shipping deliveries will be within 7-8 working days. Charges applicable are Rs 3500 for upto 05 kg irrespective of destination. 
4. For heavy international shipments above 1 kg, rates will be based on volumetric weight on actuals.
