Returns / Refunds/ Cancellation 


In the odd case that you do not love your ArtEastri products, here is our policy on returns , refunds and cancellations.

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days . You will get FULL REFUND if we ship you a Damaged/ a wrong item.  Just email or Whatsapp us an unboxing video of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order. There are no return shipment charges for damaged products!

2. If you want to return for any other reason, You will be charged a Return Processing Fee of Rs 200/ per item and refunded the balance amount to your original mode of payment within 72 hours of us receiving the product. Just email or Whatsapp us an unboxing video of the product Received with the Bar Code within 7 days.  In case we are unable to pickup the return from your location we will ask you to ship the Product to us with proper tracking details. 

3. NO REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES if product returned is found to be used/ washed/ damaged by the Return Processing team. . 

4. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Clearance". No returns / Refunds/ Exchanges on CLEARANCE ITEMS.  Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. 

5. No exchange or returns on customised products.

6. No exchange or returns on any Jewellery items.

7. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped within 3 hours of placing the order. 

8. The ArtEastri team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up within the next 24 -48 hours.
