Returns / Refunds/ Cancellation 

In the odd case that you do not love your ArtEastri products, here is our policy on returns , refunds and cancellations.

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days (no returns or exchange for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise. Eligible products will be easily visible on our product screens under shipping information.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.  There are no return shipment charges for damaged products!

3. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Clearance" Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. 

4. Products bought on sale are non- refundable. We will be issuing you a gift card of the exact value less Return shipment charges of Flat Rs 250.

5. We are happy to offer you to Exchange your products but strictly within 7 days of Delivery. Customer is requested to get in touch with ArtEastri Customer Care and make arrangements to return the products to ArtEastri Warehouse. Please note that ArtEastri will not refund but issue a Credit Note of Equivalent amount with a 3 month validity. 

5. No exchange or returns on customised products.

6. No exchange or returns on any Jewellery items.

7. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped within 2 hours of placing the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

8. The ArtEastri team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up within the next 24 -48 hours. 

9. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. If you'd like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. Refunds will be processed with 48 to 72 hours of receiving the product back from you.
