ORDER REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days (no returns or exchange for jewelry) of receiving the merchandise.

2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order. There are no return shipment charges for damaged products!

3. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

4. Products bought on sale are non- refundable. We will be issuing you a gift card of the exact value less Return shipment charges of Flat Rs 250. 6. No exchange or returns on any Jewellery items. 7. Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

wrong product sent. ugly colours on white dupatta. NOT AS SHOWN IN PICTURE

Sending a wrong product means i deserve refund. Pictures on website are posted by sellers for a reason. I was sent the wrong colours , i should say ugly colours on white dupatta as seen in attached pic.
In spite of repeated requests on whatsapp, they won't refund . thr website page is outdated and they wont even fix it. And they would delete the reviews you give. But i would keep on telling people that i was cheated upon. Not only on this website, but on others as well. As i made a costly purchase.
I should show extreme anger here. but I am still being genuine. If you refund the money i would delete this review. So please take it back and refund the money as i am keeping the other dupatta. it should be enough for you.
